Our Values

Live in Community
We aim to cultivate a culture of sharing experiences and fostering deep personal connections among like-minded people from all around the world. We strive to build a diverse and inclusive community, ensuring a welcoming environment free from judgment and discrimination.

Commit to Sustainability
We leverage on each of the other three principles to cultivate an eco-friendly environment: community life allows to minimise the impact on the environment, the harmony with nature and its rhythms fosters a sustainable lifestyle and the promotion of local initiatives empowers a more conscious consumption.

Integrate with Local People and Culture
We promote experiences where colivers actively engage with the local community, and embrace their traditions and ways of life. We not only deepen our appreciation for the unique heritage of the area but also contribute positively to the social fabric of the local community.

Embrace Rural Lifestyle
Our purpose is to create an environment connected with nature for anyone who can work remotely. We advocate for a slow-paced life, encouraging the community to take the time to be present and fully engaged with each moment, savoring the little things, and connecting with the rhythms of the natural world.

Masseria Olga is a charming, comfortable accommodation where spontaneous shared meals occur frequently, coffee outside with the cats is a guilty pleasure and day trips to the nearby towns give you the little rush of adventure you need. Francesco and Sabri are amazing hosts and care so deeply about this project and it bleeds into everything they do! This place attracts the BEST people and is a great place to work, connect and sloooow down. Sabrina Lee2025-06-05Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amazing coliving, in the beautiful countryside of Puglia. The serene landscape and calm atmosphere was perfect for my month of working remote, where I wanted to find somewhere less chaotic and off the beaten track. Thank you Francesco and Sabrina for creating such a fun, cultural and affordable experience. I can’t wait to come back! I had such a great experience and it was a great escape and pause from constant travels. The rural location was ideal for slowing down and the community was active and strong! I loved my experience and would definitely return Tristan Sahel2024-10-05Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The vibe was very homy, it felt like we were all part of the community, like friends sharing a home together. The house was peaceful and welcoming - and also mysterious, when we visited some secret rooms at night! - with 3 loving kittens playing around all the time. It's in the countryside, but not isolated: using the house bikes, we visited a few of the neighboring masserie to enjoy a festival, see how mozzarella is made, and taste some deliciously cheap local wine. On the weekends, we would go a bit further to explore the beautiful surroundings. Everything felt spontaneous and natural, thanks to Sabri and Francesco, who obviously care a lot for this community ❤️ Rutger Berghuis2024-10-01Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The location is in the middle of the countryside and perfect to relax. The surrounding area is amazing to explore. The best part is the community, a lot of cool events get organised and Francesco & Sabrina are amazing hosts! The space was incredibly comfortable, with a perfect balance between communal areas and private spaces, allowing for both social interaction and personal time. The room I stayed in was simple yet cozy, and the working space was excellent, with strong Wi-Fi that made it easy to stay productive. The hosts and fellow co-livers were all fantastic—everyone was easygoing and friendly, making the community vibe really special. This being their first year as a co-living, there are naturally some areas where they’re still learning and improving, but I’m confident they’ll continue to enhance the experience for future guests. One thing to keep in mind: it’s advisable to rent a car or confirm ahead of time if the team or other co-livers are organizing a group car that you can join. You’ll definitely need it to explore the area and make the most of your stay. Overall, I recommend Masseria Olga and look forward to seeing how it continues to grow! Björn Uhrig2024-07-28Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I spent June 24 at the Masseria. Francesco and Sabrina has been very welcoming and I felt "at home" immediately. The place itself is very calm and quite. The Co-working space and the surroundings are very spacious. The bedrooms are plain and simple and functional. (No problem - you don´t want to spend a lot of time there anyway when you are in a place like this). Francesco is very knowledgeable about the area and the traditions. So if you want to step off the beaten track and discover places where there are no other tourists that´s the place to be. Aaaand oft course, you don´t want to miss the sunset overthere. I think I took at least a hundred pictures because every evening it looked much nicer than the day before :-) Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Masseria a lot and I can highly recommend the place. Kasia B2024-07-07Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Masseria Olga has a huge potential! The place has it's own charm, it's full of history and it is conveniently located in the middle of Puglia so that we could explore other places around (you'd need a car for that). There is a co-working space and a separate office with good internet connection. There were activities organised for us to get a flavour of the Puglian culture and cuisine were we were learning how to make orecchiette or mozarella! Much recommended!
